What I Really Do; 3 Guesses

The easy answer is that I sell business telephone systems and network services, which was called “dial tone services” in the old days. That doesn’t have much marketing pizzaz.

The well honed answer may be is that I provide advanced telephony solutions by leveraging the technology of both the telephone equipment manufacturers as well as the network service providers.

These solutions must be the most cost-effective alternative allowing small and medium-sized businesses to affect profitability and increase client retention without necessarily adding headcount or increasing sales.

That may be a good example if I’m ever taken to court. The simple and perhaps best answer would be that I provide solutions to be an extension of your Customer Service Department.
